The food and nutritional analysis is based on the food balance sheet method and consumer survey method. College, Khetari, Rajasthan since 1999. The author wrote some articles in different journals in field of Food Nutrition and their allied subjects. She attended different National Seminars and conferences. Her field of specialization is Nutrients and Preservation of Food. Her teaching in this field of Home Science and allied subjects is more than 15 years.
