Food is any substance, usually composed of carbo-hydrates, fats, proteins and water, that can be eaten or drunk by an animal, including humans, for nutrition or pleasure. Madhulika Parmar is a Post Graduate in Home Science from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Presently She is working as Sr. Lecturer in Home Science at Government P.G. College, Khetari, Rajasthan since 1999. The author wrote some articles in different journals in field of Food Nutrition and their allied subjects. She attended different National Seminars and conferences. Her field of specialization is Nutrients and Preservation of Food. Her teaching in this field of Home Science and allied subjects is more than 15 years.
